Shipping & Returns
We hope that you will be satisfied with your order. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please contact us and we can offer a refund or exchange on goods returned to us within 7 days of you receiving your goods provided they are in their original sealed packaging, unopened, unused, and undamaged. All returned goods are subject to inspection to determine the condition of the goods before any refund is made. We reserve the right not to offer an exchange or refund where the item fault is a result of misuse or neglect. Please note postage are non-refundable.
If you wish to cancel an order or return an item under these terms, or the goods have arrived damaged please notify us within 7 days of your receipt of the goods. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org providing your customer order number, the goods which you wish to return, and the reason why. You may be requested to provide a photograph of the affected item(s) to aid a speedy resolution. Please note if you do not inform us of the return, we will be unable to process it.
Please note we are unable to process a refund for returns that have not been approved by our support team.
Please do NOT return the items to the manufacturer's address, as the return address may differ depending on the depot used. Please contact our team email@example.com where we can provide detailed return instructions.
We recommend that you return your items by tracked delivery and let us know the carrier and tracking number in advance so we can locate the returned item in case it goes missing. We shall have no liability or be held responsible for return item(s) that do not reach our returns department.
Once return goods are confirmed and passed inspections, only then a refund will be processed. The refunded amount will be made to the same payment method you used for the purchase and could take up to 10 working days to show in your account. Please note refunds will not be processed until you receive a confirmation email.
Our return policy applies only to the most recent order you have made. Any previous or historic orders are non-refundable. We provide one refund per product type per account.
Original and return postage charges are non-refundable (if applicable) unless in the case of damaged, faulty, or incorrectly supplied goods.
CANCELLATION OF SUBSCRIPTIONS
For product subscription, you may cancel your upcoming subscription via our website from your account or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
If you do not wish to be charged for your renewal, please cancel a day before your renewal date. Please note any cancellation for product subscriptions must be cancelled before 7 am of the product dispatch date.
We offer UK FREE shipping.
Please note we currently only process shipping within the UK and selected locations. If you are outside of UK and wish to enquire about our availability for other locations, please contact us via email@example.com
Order process and delivery times:
All orders made before 12:00 pm (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays) will be processed on the day the order is placed. Any orders place after 12:00 pm will be processed on the following business working day. Weekends orders will be processed on the following Monday.
All UK deliveries are FREE with our standard delivery unless you choose to have your order delivered with a different method (e.g. Next working day or Saturday delivery) other than our standard free UK delivery.

*All our order deliveries are processed by Royal Mail or DPD, delivery timescales are estimates and are not guaranteed by Royal mail therefore we do allow up to 10 working days for standard delivery items to arrive.
Royal mail tracking number (if applicable) and shipping confirmation will be sent to your email once the order has been processed and dispatched.
We shall have no liability or be held responsible for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrived damaged, please save all damaged goods and all packaging materials and contact the shipping carrier or contact our support team for further assistance.
